This artwork measures 20 × 14 inches, printed with a 1-inch white border on 22 × 16-inch paper.
Produced on 330gsm, acid-free, 100% cotton rag fine art paper using Epson SureColor archival pigment inks for exceptional color accuracy and longevity.
Each print is individually hand-signed in my California studio.
I love how unexpected this combination is — a figure vase, a stem of kumquats, and a brick. I’ve always loved kumquats but had never drawn them before, and I liked the idea of pairing their small, bright forms with the strength and presence of the figure vase. This was the second time I used this vase in a drawing, and I think it has a completely different personality here. Against the black background, the figure almost seems to emerge from the darkness, standing confidently on her brick pedestal with a burst of kumquats growing from her.
Orders are accepted through October 15. Once the collection closes, each print is printed, individually inspected, and carefully packaged in archival materials. Prints ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube for maximum protection. Orders will begin shipping in early November.
